    The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    H. B. 4474 –- “A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-6-32a, relating to individual and group accident and health insurance policies; and prohibiting higher copayments for services by podiatrists, dentists, optometrists and chiropractic physicians than for services by primary care physicians and practitioners for the same or a similar condition.”
